• Is Idaho IceWorld open all year?

    Idaho IceWorld is open 362 days a year.  We are closed The Fourth of July, Thanksgiving day and Chirstmas day.  We have special events and prices that run for every season.  Check our site frequently for the latest events, schedules, and prices.

  • Are there other things to do at IceWorld besides skating?

    IceWorld has an Arcade, we also have a Blimpies and Chicago Connection Pizza on site. We offer Learn to Skate classes and Hockey programs. You can also play broomball on the ice.

  • Can the ice be rented for private skating events?

    Yes, private ice time is based upon availability and the price depends upon the time frame. Contact the business office for further details.

  • Can I bring my own skates?

    Yes, you may. You will save the $3.00 skate rental fee. If interested in purchasing a pair of skates, check out the specials in the Cutting Edge Sports store.

  • What should I wear?

    It is still kind of chilly in the rink, so it is recommended that you bring a jacket. What better way to cool down on a hot summer day! Gloves are optional. It is always a good idea to where a helmet, however it is not required. If you chose to wear a bicycle helmet, it is recommended that it be rounded and not have the pointy back.
