FAQs

  • Can I pick which coach my child plays for or what player they are on the team with?

No, every effort will be made to place players on teams based on the skill level. Siblings in the same age bracket will be put on the same team.

  • Do I need USA Hockey Registration again?

You will need to submit your USA Hockey registration with Barcode, even if your child is playing this summer. Please get a duplicate registration at https://www.usahockeyregistration.com All registrations need to have the current season date on them. All USA hockey registrations expire on Aug. 31st of the current year.

  • I want to volunteer coach, what do I need to do?

We can always use volunteers for our teams. If interested please email the hockey director and let them know what level you would like to coach. You will need to pass a background check, register with our volunteer database, have USA Hockey membership and complete a coaching level clinic and the age-specific modules. The cost for the membership, coaching clinic, and age-specific modules will be re-imbursed by Idaho IceWorld
